Back in 2005, Herts LTA drafted a document which ensured a general code of practice among clubs (and their coaches) throughout the County. Clearly, the more that sign up to this agreement the stronger it is.See below for a quick synopsis of why we introduced it, followed by a download to the document itself, followed by a list of the clubs that have currently signed up.
Please note: if a club is not on the list it does not necessarily indicate disagreement with the document or its concept. If any club would like to add their name to the list, please download the document, sign it and send it to the County Office.

• The introduction of High Performance Centres and Performance Clubs 

• The need to ensure that all players achieve whatever they are capable of and are provided with the best programme to enable them to do this

• The need to ensure that clubs which cannot provide all that a player needs refer those players to a club which can so provide

• The need to ensure that any player so referred, retains his links so far as is appropriate, with his first club

• The need to ensure that larger clubs do not ‘entice’ better players away from smaller clubs with promises that are not kept
